Life is so much more.

Sometimes you don’t always have to pretend to be strong and there’s no need to prove all the time that everything is fine. Sometimes crying doesn’t mean you’re weak. Cry if you need to, because only then will you be able to smile again.

Life is like a roller coaster. There’s always ups and downs in life. Just remember that even though you may not see it, everyone’s experiencing the same thing. And maybe, it doesn’t feel so bad after all.

You know how sometimes at one point in life we find that it’s almost impossible to get over an issue. And when everything is over, you’ll be amazed by how you’ve managed to move on when you thought you never could, and probably how feel how silly you were last time. You will never forget about the incident, but at least it doesn’t hurt anymore. And once you’re at this stage, you’ll feel so proud of yourself and probably feel much stronger and braver. No hurt lasts forever. Everyone moves on, eventually.

I realised that the secret to being free is not to try your hardest to forget, because you’ll end up reminding yourself more about it. Let nature takes it course and give yourself all the time you need. Let things unfold in their own way and time. And even though it might not seem like there’s any, always remember: Everything happens for a reason.
Very cliché words but trust me, one day you’ll eventually find out the reason. You just have to be patient enough.

Keep faith.

Recently I’ve started writing down my thoughts in my new book. I used to keep a diary back in Secondary school days but have gotten out of the habit. But I guess I needed a private avenue somewhere to pen down my thoughts. Usually my thoughts are in a mess, so in a way I don’t have to care about sentence structure or whether they make sense or not since it’s only for my eyes.

I’ve been so so busy lately and I’ve 2 major project deadlines coming up really soon, coupled with mid-terms to study for. And blog posts simply do not grow on trees, so I still have to make sure I’ve enough blog posts to schedule for the week during weekends. Have also been attending almost one event every day the previous week (some days even 2) but I’m really trying my best to juggle school, my blog and my personal life. And I think I can do this!!! (:
